I teach at the Department of Computer Science at the University of the Philippines Diliman. In my first year of teaching, I’ve handled the following subjects:

• CS 11　(talking to computers)
• CS 12　(more talking to computers)
• CS 21　(talking esoterically to computers)
• CS 32　(doing clever stuff with computers)
• CS 33　(doing more clever stuff with computers)
• CS 136　(making computers do math)

As you can see, there’s a lot of computers involved in computer science.

For some reason I decided to handle midyear classes (something my past self would never have imagined). As of now, I’m handling CS 11 and CS 31 (math for computers).
